Homogeneous-Assay Membrane Potential Dye
Atto has developed a proprietary homogeneous-assay membrane potential dye. The dye is a specially formulated membrane potential dye that has been pharmacologically selected to minimize binding to peptide or protein agonists. The dye can be applied to the ACT:One GPCR screening technology, or to most fluorescence-based membrane potential assays.
