Administrative Assistant

Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Sales, Finance, Human Resources, our Executive level staff and other departments, as needed. Responsibilities include entering and processing sales orders and other transactions including travel arrangements, data entry for various departments, general customer service/support and other projects as needed.

Position Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional/office administrative experience
  • Associates degree in related field is preferred
  • Accurate data entry and writing skills are required
  • Must be customer service oriented and possess a strong understanding of business etiquette
  • A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint – including the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, graphs and correspondence
