Technical Specialist

Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)

As a Technical Specialist, you will be a technical liaison to our end-users and customers by interacting with them to answer their questions, requests, or issues about ATTO’s products and technology. You will also be responsible for assisting with technical qualifications, benchmarks, and competitive analysis of our products. Must be available for up to 15% national travel. This is an excellent, hands on technical position for a customer focused candidate.

Position Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a technical field with 2+ years experience in IT/network support or technical product customer support or a Bachelor’s degree and strong internship experience in IT/network support
  • Solid hands on and troubleshooting technical skills
  • Experience working with computer storage and networking is preferred
