Tech Specialist

What you’ll do …

Great opportunity to be part of a leading-edge technology company. Work with Engineering product development team to create test plans, execute product tests, troubleshoot failures, and record and analyze results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Testing of customer configurations and replicate issues reported by customers
  • Assist with Escalated Calls from Customers, Tech Support, and/or Fellow Associates
  • Provide Pre- and Post-Sales Support of all products
  • Create and publish product and support documentation
  • Provide phone and email technical support as needed
  • Track, manage, and report all issues found during testing or customer support (Discrepancy Reports)
  • Provide technical training to fellow associates, including Sales, Marketing and Tech Support
  • Remain current on latest technologies and industry trends

You’d be a great fit for this opportunity if you have…

  • A college degree in a technical field (i.e. Electronics, Computer Repair), or equivalent training experience.
  • 2-5 years’ work experience with macOS, Windows and Linux operating systems.
