Tech Specialist
What you’ll do …
Great opportunity to be part of a leading-edge technology company. Work with Engineering product development team to create test plans, execute product tests, troubleshoot failures, and record and analyze results.
Responsibilities include:
- Testing of customer configurations and replicate issues reported by customers
- Assist with Escalated Calls from Customers, Tech Support, and/or Fellow Associates
- Provide Pre- and Post-Sales Support of all products
- Create and publish product and support documentation
- Provide phone and email technical support as needed
- Track, manage, and report all issues found during testing or customer support (Discrepancy Reports)
- Provide technical training to fellow associates, including Sales, Marketing and Tech Support
- Remain current on latest technologies and industry trends
You’d be a great fit for this opportunity if you have…
- A college degree in a technical field (i.e. Electronics, Computer Repair), or equivalent training experience.
- 2-5 years’ work experience with macOS, Windows and Linux operating systems.
