How to Lower Security Settings on an Apple Mac with M-Series Silicon
|
Apple M-Series Silicon products have a security setting that will disable third party kernel extension (kext) drivers by default. This setting needs to be changed within the Mac’s Startup Security utility to allow for third party kext drivers to be installed. The setting should be changed from “Full Security” to “Reduced Security” within the macOS Recovery Security Utility. | Download |
