ATTO SiliconDisk™ is a shared, DRAM-based ultra-low latency storage platform that delivers sub-600 nanoseconds of access time and is natively accessed over high-speed Ethernet using 100Gb NVMe over Ethernet connectivity.
With quad 100GbE connectivity and sub-microsecond performance characteristics, ATTO SiliconDisk enables system designers to externalize high-speed data layers, reduce system complexity, and scale storage performance independently of compute resources—all while presenting as a standard block-level storage device within existing environments.
Designed for integration into existing storage architectures, it allows organizations to introduce a DRAM-based, ultra-low latency storage tier without requiring changes to applications or established workflows.
